 With 40 years of healthcare experience, Patricia saw two persistent problems across practices of every size: inefficient systems and a lack of budgetary oversight. She began her career as a registered nurse working in multiple clinical areas, and that experience shaped her belief that patients deserve a system that supports—not hinders—the people caring for them. As Patricia moved into leadership roles, eventually serving as CEO overseeing more than $35 million in annual revenue, she learned how disciplined operations, clear financial controls, and strong culture could transform an organization.

As a result, Patricia was sought after to drive multiple turnarounds, including leading a digital healthcare company from $200,000 in reserves to $1.2 million in five months through strategic prioritization and operational efficiencies. Her leadership blends entrepreneurial intuition with operational rigor, strengthened by mentorship that model's servant leadership. That foundation enables Patricia to build high‑functioning teams with ownership at every level and a culture where clarity, performance, and compassion coexist.

Patricia has over 25 years' experience in the personal injury space, working as a legal nurse consultant for both plaintiff and defense; serving as an expert witness; and gaining deep industry insight through executive leadership positions within medical practices and medical lien funding companies.
